Eat: The East Ender

For Family Day, my mother and I had brunch at The East Ender, located in Leslieville. (EDIT: THE EAST ENDER IS CLOSED).

The $17 fixed price brunch menu came with house-made banana bread, main dish and drink (tea, latte, cappuccino, and more). It was comfort food, but not quite something you’d find in a plate of bacon, eggs and slices of toast.

Decent portions and service. I’d definitely be back to try their steamed bun lobster rolls for brunch!
