Main: Fish Dullet with garlic, green chili peppers, herbs and mitmita cardamom. Beef Tibsi with sauteed onions, green chilli peppers and awaze (Ethiopian hot sauce made of various spice blends). Using only your fingers to scoop up the stew and sauce with the injera flatbread.
I’ve never had Ethiopian food before, but I am glad to have used Winterlicious as an opportunity to try. It’s definitely both a culinary and convivial experience.
