While looking for good cafes (and Melbourne has a lot of them, they take their coffee seriously), I found Filter, a Scandinavian-esque cafe located in the CBD at the corner of King St. and Collins St. It reminded me of ODIN back home, where the entire space is has the clean lines and minimalist aesthetics.
I dropped by for breakfast, hoping to try their Smørrebrød (Scandinavian sandwiches), but they there wasn’t very much selection at the time of my visit. So I settled for an almond croissant, which had a surprised almond paste filling with some orange nuances. So good.
