At Yuzu No Hana, it is all about the presentation and fresher fish – a premium than your average sushi restaurant.
They also offer omakase, which need to be reserved in advanced. Jeff and I came here for dinner when he was craving for Japanese food.
Uni, sea urchin. $5/piece.
Chirashi ($28) – assorted sashimi and sushi rice.
Yuzu Bento ($30) – tempura, sashimi, sushi and a choice of salmon or yakiniku beef. This was brought out in a tier box, where the server opens the box and places it front of you.
