After our dinner at L’Antagoniste, we went in search of a bar for a first libation in New York. We stumbled upon The Wilky, a bar specializing in craft beers. New York itself has a long history of brewing beer and with a large number of breweries, New York takes their beer very seriously. So if you love beer and you happen to be in the Bed-Stuy neighbourhood in Brooklyn, then The Wilky might be your kind of place.
We’re not much of a beer person, fortunately, The Wilky does serve cocktails. It’s offering is not as much as the selection of beers though.
Red Cap ($11 USD) – Anchor Old Tom Gin, Campari, pamplemousse and lime. Served shaken and up.
